Official Abyssdia' Audio & Asset Usage Policy (Guidelines)

Hello, Tuners,
This is Abyssdia Operation Team.

We would like to express our sincere gratitude to all Tuners who love the world and music of ABYSSDIA.
To support your creative fan activities, we are providing official assets along with the following usage guidelines.
These guidelines apply when creating and sharing fan-made content using the audio tracks, lyrics, logos, and other materials (hereinafter referred to as “the Assets”) distributed by Ring Games (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”).

By downloading the Assets, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the Assets.
As long as Conductors comply with these guidelines, the Company will not claim copyright infringement regarding the creation and sharing of related content.

1. Rules for Content Creation and Sharing
・Non-Commercial Use: The Assets are intended for personal, non-commercial use.
・Monetization Exceptions: Incidental revenue generated through officially supported monetization features provided by video platforms, such as the YouTube Partner Program or donations, is permitted.
・Respect for the Original Work & Creative Adaptation: Creating cover songs, modifying lyrics to fit the nature of the content, arranging the music, and similar creative activities are allowed.
However, any use that seriously damages the image of the original work or is intended to mock or demean specific individuals or groups is strictly prohibited.
・Redistribution Prohibited: Redistributing or sharing the Assets in their original, unedited form is not permitted.
・Protection of Rights: Please do not use the Assets in any way that infringes upon the rights of the Company or third parties, violates public order and morals, or promotes political or religious beliefs.
・No Misrepresentation as Official Content: Any expression or presentation that may mislead others into believing the content is officially sponsored, endorsed, or affiliated with the Company is prohibited.
・No Registration in Copyright Identification Systems: Do not register content created using the Assets as your own copyrighted work in automated copyright management systems such as YouTube Content ID.

‍2. Additional Notes
・The Company may feature or promote content created by Conductors through official channels. Minor edits may be made in the process.
・These guidelines do not transfer any intellectual property rights related to the ABYSSDIA IP. Violations of these guidelines may result in actions such as requests for content removal.
・The creator bears full responsibility for any issues arising from the creation or use of content, and the Company shall not be held liable in any way.
・These guidelines may be changed without prior notice, and any revised terms will apply to content created after such changes take effect.
