Issues with Payments on Android OS (Google Play Games) Following Data Migration

This is the Abyssdia Operations Team.

We would like to provide an update regarding the current payment issues occurring on Android OS and Google Play Games environments following the data migration on Friday, May 1st.

During the migration process on May 1st, an unidentified issue was detected within our official Google payment account.
Upon discovery, we immediately contacted Google to report the issue and are currently working closely with them to reach a resolution.|
However, as matters involving payment accounts require rigorous security checks and verification procedures, the process is taking longer than initially anticipated.
Furthermore, due to the overlapping weekend and public holidays, the investigation and response times have been delayed.

We are currently requesting an expedited resolution through all available channels.
As soon as the fix is confirmed, we will conduct maintenance to restore payment functionality to normal.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused to all Tuners who have been waiting for a resolution.

In consideration of the period during which purchases were unavailable, we plan to extend the sale duration for Vanguard/Artifact Summons and package products.
※ Specific details regarding the extended schedule will be provided in a separate notice once payment services are restored.
